RETROS OVEN
RETROSE; It is a new generation stone oven that cooks at constant heat and works with electricity. It is a modernized version of stone ovens that cook with traditional wood fire, using today's production technologies and the knowledge of world-famous Turkish chefs. RETROS is a new generation stone oven developed using modern technology for the meat and restaurant industry, providing easy cooking with authentic taste. By fulfilling the functions of four different devices on its own, it saves time, space and energy and provides the convenience desired by today's chefs. The oil and water of the cooked product are collected in a special tray for reuse. The insulation expertise in production technology minimizes steam loss during the cooking process. Therefore, water loss in cooking meat is reduced. 10% to 15% more product can be produced compared to other ovens. LAMB, BEEF, DUCK, GOOSE, QUAIL, CHICKEN and FISH can be cooked in a shorter time, consuming less electricity than other ovens. It attracts attention with its usefulness and technology with its meat probe that can measure from 4 different points.
